Bonaire has lots to offer those interested in Technical Diving. Many of the dive sites have reefs that go down to 200 feet or more, so there is a lot to see!

For those wishing to expand their knowledge and skills, there are a full range of courses such as Advanced Nitrox, Decompression Procedures, and Extended Range. For those that want to push the envelope, try Entry Level Trimix or Advanced Trimix. For the experienced photographers wanting to get closer to the fish for that award winning photo, how about adding more tools to your arsenal by getting certified on a Rebreather or as a Solo Diver. Instructor level courses are also available.

There are experience programs for those that want to try something different like an Adventure dive with a Rebreather or a dive with an Expedition Technical Rig.

Full Sets of Technical gear are available for rental: Doubles with isolation manifolds, Deco/Stage tanks with rigging “Aluminum 27s, 40s, 63s, 80s and Steel 45s, 51s”, Dual Bladder Wings, Plates and Harnesses, High Performance Regulators, O2 clean Deco regs, Reels and Lift bags and multi-mix Computers. Drager Rebreathers can be rented. If you don’t feel like hassling with airport security, leave your Rebreather feed and Bailout bottles at home, as they can also be rented on Bonaire. Sofnolime is always in stock.

Guided Dives are available to various locations on Bonaire. The Red Slave area is dotted with old anchors and makes a good technical dive. Karpata offers sections of vertical wall and or buttresses with coral and sponges reaching down past 200 ft. Many of the dive sites on the South side of Klein Bonaire have reefs that go down past 180 feet.

As you can see Bonaire has lots to offer those interested in the more technical side of diving, be it Technical Diver or Instructor Training, Gear rentals, Guided Dives or Experience programs.
